Terms And Condition
1.
This contest is open to all Malaysian citizens 15 years old and above except employees of PepsiCo Malaysia, Permanis Sdn. Bhd., and its subsidiaries, their families, agencies, advisors, franchisees, suppliers and any persons assisting or involved in this competition.
2.
This contest will run from 14 Dec 2009 to 1st Feb 2010, 3pm, Malaysian time.
3.
The mechanics of the contest are as follows:
a.
You need to be a registered FaceBook user in order to take part in this contest.
b.
Upon signing up as a fan of 'Rev-up with Revive Isotonic', you can submit your most Rev-Up and fun photos or videos by uploading it at the page.
c.
You can vote if you are a fan to the page.
d.
Weekly winner are selected based on highest vote. There will be 2 weekly winners, 1 for the highest voted video, another for highest voted photo. The prize is RM1000 for each Weekly Winner.
e.
All entries, for both videos & photos (even the Weekly Winners!) are eligible to win the Grand Prizes. Grand Prize winners are selected based on the votes & the organizer's decision.
4.
The cut-off dates and times of the 'Rev-Up with Revive Isotonic' contest Weekly Prizes are as follows:
a.
Week 1 : 21st Dec 2009, 3pm.
b.
Week 2 : 28th Dec 2009, 3pm.
c.
Week 3 : 04th Jan 2010, 3pm.
d.
Week 4 : 11th Jan 2010, 3pm.
e.
Week 5 : 18th Jan 2010, 3pm.
f.
Week 6 : 25th Jan 2010, 3pm.
g.
Week 7 : 1st Feb 2010, 3pm.
Any entries received after the said cut-off dates & times of the relevant week will not be considered for the Weekly Prize of that week and will automatically be considered as the entries for the following week.
5.
All contents must be original entries with rights owned by the contestants in order to qualify.
6.
Prizes won are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for, partially or wholly or other goods/services, and are subject to their respective terms and conditions.
7.
Weekly Winners are not eligible to win subsequent Weekly Prizes using the same winning photos / videos of the previous week(s). However, all Weekly Winners are eligible for the Grand Prize.
8.
Votes for entries from the previous week(s) will be reset to zero (0) if the videos / pictures are not the Weekly Winner(s). The non-winning entries will be eligible for voting and still stand a chance to win the Weekly Prizes for the following week(s).
9.
The Organizer will announce the Winner for the Grand Prizes during the Grand Finale that will take place on the date and time which will be advised later.
10.
The Organizer reserves the right to change the prize and/or the terms and conditions of this promotion at its discretion without prior notice or liability to the contestants.
11.
The Organizer shall not be liable for any damage, fine, loss, costs or expenses incurred in connection with or arising out of this competition, the redemption or use of the prizes.
12.
The Organizer reserves the right to disclose and publish the name and any other particulars of the Winners (including photographs) for publicity purposes and by participating in the contest, the Winners agree to co-operate with and participate in such publicity activities without any payment or compensation.
13.
The Organizer shall have the sole discretion to determine whether any participant should be disqualified by reason of failure to abide by these terms and conditions, bad faith, fraud or any other reason whatsoever.
14.
All decisions made by the Organizer in respect of this promotion or in the event of any dispute are final and no correspondence will be entertained.
15.
In the event of any inconsistency between these terms and conditions and any advertising, promotional, publicity and other materials relating to or in connection with this promotion, these terms and conditions shall prevail.
